10 Rounds for time:

– 400m Run (Athlete 1)

– 10 OHS 115/75

– 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20

SFL: Metcon (Time)

30 Mile Team Bike
– If all 3 teammates are present, break up as you like

– One can bike more than the other. Breaks will do you good.

– Pairs: Bike 20 miles switching when necessary. One can bike more than the other

– Solo: Bike 10 miles…sorry, no breaks without the clock ticking

Score is team 30 mile time

1 mile = 1609 meters
