P1 – 15/12 Cal Assault Bike

P2 – 25’ Bear Crawl

10 Pull Ups

25’ Bear Crawl = 1 Rep

Partner 1 will begin with a 15/12 Cal Assault Bike. Once complete, partner 2 will Bear Crawl to the rig, complete 10 ring push ups, Bear Crawl back, and then complete a 15/12 Cal AB. Then, P1 will Bear Crawl to the rig for the push ups.

Repeat in this fashion for 25 min recording total reps
