I started CrossFit in 2017 when my family basically forced me into it...no really. But I stuck with it after seeing how much it improved my health and well-being, both physically and mentally. I decided to become a coach because I wanted to do the same for others—to show them how functional fitness can make you a better version of yourself. I love seeing how much confidence athletes have built in the gym because it pushes them to try new movements and lift heavier. Becoming a coach is one of the most rewarding things I have done and it has influenced me to pursue a career in physical therapy.
