I started CrossFit when I was 14 when my freshman year of swim season ended. Initially, it was a temporary activity I occupied my time with until the season started again. But after seeing how much it improved my physical health and sports performance, I decided to continue it as conditioning for swimming and lacrosse. At 17, I got my L1 and Weightlifting Certification to share my passion for fitness and help others achieve their goals. I am looking forward to furthering my knowledge and education, not only to become a better coach but a better student and athlete as well.
