Stephanie is CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, she began her CrossFit journey while deployed to Afghanistan in 2016. She is a Major in the Indiana Army National Guard and has been in some form of athletics for most of her life. Staying physically fit has always been vital to her military career but CrossFit offers a fun and challenging environment which pushes her to improve with every workout. She was somewhat hesitant to try CrossFit but once she joined CrossFit 219 it felt more like a team environment pushing each other to be the best and holding each other accountable, something very true to the military experience. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with friends and family, running full and half marathons, reading and working on art projects.
